Our Restaurant is managed by Monarch Catering.  They return to Avondale RSA for the second time, and were warmly welcomed by previous customers.  (they also manage the restaurant of Birkenhead RSA).

 Geoff Zuydendorp's catering prowess has earned him a worthy reputation. Described by one lady as "a musician of the hot plate". Monarch Catering have been catering in clubs (mostly RSA's) since 1993. Geoff has been a chef for over 35 years and was the executive chef and invented the desserts for the "Death By Chocolate" dessert restaurant chain in the 1990's.  He believes in the concept of RSA meals (good value, quality meals) and our pricing shows this.

Saturday  -   closed for lunch          5.30 - 8.30pm
Sunday    -   closed for lunch          5.00 - 7.30pm

Lunch:  a blackboard menu with mains from $7.50 specials. 

Dinner: An extensive blackboard menu changed nightly and including special value $7.50 meals, plus an excellent range of choices.

    From a banquet to a buffet, Geoff and Lisa can organize this. See our office to discuss this. Popular with sports clubs, garden clubs, worker's social clubs, special occasions etc. From 10 to 100 we are happy to discuss the options.
